iLang Inc. provides AI language technology, including the I-Lang communication protocol, AI See vision proxy, AutoCode development tools, Imprint behavioral profiles, and related open-source software. Our protocol and tools are provided under the MIT License unless otherwise stated.
The I-Lang protocol is open source under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies, subject to the MIT License terms. Attribution is appreciated but not legally required.
Some services, such as the prompt structuring tool on ilang.ai and the AI See vision proxy, process user input through third-party AI models. We do not store submitted prompts or use them for training. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information through these services.
All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. iLang Inc. does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLang Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
The I-Lang name, logo, and ilang.ai domain are property of iLang Inc. The I-Lang protocol specification is released under the MIT License. Third-party trademarks (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
